Akwa Ibom Poly Admission Screening 2017/18: Eligibility, Registration And Screening DetailsAKWA IBOM STATE POLYTECHNIC, IKOT OSURUA 2017/2018 ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE

We are using this platform is to inform all candidates who choose Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua as their choice in the 2017 UTME that the process of registering candidates for 2017/2018 Admission screening Exercise has commenced.

Eligibility Criteria

i. Candidates must have chosen Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua as their First or Second Choice Institution in the JAMB 2017.

ii. Candidates much have scored the national cut-off point and above.

Method of Application

Step 1: Eligible Candidates should visit the college’s portal at; http://www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng , click online Application, then generate an invoice with the following details:
i. JAMB Reg Number
ii. Phone number and
iii. Name

Step 2: Candidates should go to the under listed Banks with their invoice to purchase an electronic application pin for Two thousand and five hundred naira (₦2,500.00) only (Inclusive of Bank and other charges).

• United Bank of Africa (UBA) PLC

Step 3: Using the pin, visit the school website at; http://www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng to fill and submit the application form. Download and print the acknowledgement slip.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE:

a. Accreditation of candidates for the exercise commences at 8.00am

b. Candidates should come with;

• The acknowledgement slip as in 2(c) above
• Photocopies of JAMB slip showing their photographs
• JAMB online result,
• Original copies of credentials
• Only bona fide candidates will be screened
• Parents, guardians and friends are strongly advised to keep away from the venues of the screening

v. Print the acknowledgement slip.

Screening Date for Akwa Ibom Polytechnic

All the candidates who applied for the screening are expected to be at the Polytechnic on Saturday 19th August for the Screening Exercise.

Application Deadline

All AkwaIbomPoly application forms must be filled online on or before Friday 18th August 2017.

NOTE: All recommended students for admission will be published online and their names sent to the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, (JAMB) for JAMB admission letter.
