UNICAL Post UTME Screening Form & Exam date out – 2017/18 [Updated]

THE University of Calabar, UNICAL 2017/2018 Post UTME Admission Screening Exercise, Eligibility, Cutoff Mark And Registration Details has been Announced.

We are using this platform to inform all the prospective candidates who scored a minimum of 150 and above in the Joint Admissions & Matriculation Examination, JAMB and who have chosen University of Calabar as their First Choice in their application for admission into the University for the 2017/2018 academic session. The First Choice aptitude test exercise has been scheduled to take place from Wednesday, September 27, 2017.

Update: UNICAL POST UTME SCREENING DATE AND SCHEDULE

The management of University of Calabar, (UNICAL) has released the Post-UTME Screening date & Schedule for 2017/18 academic session.

Candidates are advise to proceed to check their screening schedule.

How To Check Your UNICAL Screening Schedule

Step 1: Visit the college portal at; http://www.myunical.edu.ng/venue-and-sitting-arrangement/

Step 2: When the page opens up, enter your JAMB Registration Number in the space provided and,

Step 3: Click on the “Search” button to view, download and print your schedule (date, time, venue and sitting arrangement).

Note: You are encouraged to print it out.

UNICAL POST UTME PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

The following options are available: 

E-transact option:

This option is available in all commercial banks nationwide.  At the bank, you are required to pay and obtain an E-transact PIN.  With the PIN, log into the portal at http://www.Myunical.edu.ngand follow the instructions on the portal after login.

Scratch Card Option:

This option is available in the following banks within Calabar Metropolis ONLY:

• Unical Microfinance Bank
• Heritage Bank
• First City Monument Bank
• WEMA Bank

On obtaining the scratch card, proceed as follows: 

1. Print out the completed form.
2. Confirm your entries and CLICK ON SUBMIT
3. Click on login and follow the online instructions
4. Enter the scratch card pin in the box provided
5. On the home page, enter your correct JAMB Registration No in the box provided.
6. LOG ON TO: http://www.myunical.edu.ng and click on UTME link.

THE FOLLOWING CHARGES SHALL APPLY: 

(I) Aptitude Test  =  Two thousand naira (N2,000.00) Only

OPENING OF PORTAL/REGISTRATION:

UNICAL POST UTME Registration will start from Wednesday, September 6, 2017, when the portal will be open.  Please note that the portal will however be shut down at 12.00 mid night on Friday, September 22, 2017.

REQUIREMENTS TO COME WITH TO THE UNICAL POST UTME SCREENING

(i) Candidates are required to come with their original UTME result slips  showing candidate’s photograph;
(ii) The Post UTME exercise is Computer Based Test (CBT).

WARNING

• Impersonation is a serious offence and anyone caught will be handed over to the Law Enforcement Agents and may be liable to up to 5 years imprisonment.
• Any candidate who fails to take part in the Post UTME exercise automatically loses his or her chance of being considered for admission.
• Early commencement of registration is advised to avoid congestion in the dying hours.

Candidates are advised to check the Portal from Saturday, September 23, 2017 for their venue and time of the CBT. Candidates are strictly advised to ensure that their correct phone numbers are provided while filling the form online as the University will communicate with them directly.

The sale and submission of UNICAL Post UTME Aptitude test form will shut down by 12.00 mid night on Friday, September 22, 2017.
