UITH School of Nursing Admission Form is out – 2017/2018

WE are using this platform to inform the members of the general public and all interested persons that the sale of forms for admission into the School of Nursing, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Ilorin Kwara State has commenced.
The UITH School of Nursing Admission Form for the 2017/2018 Academic Session has commenced. See how to apply below;

UITH Admission Requirements:

(a) Aspirants should posses the following qualification to be eligible for admission: Five Credits pass in;
English Language,
Mathematics,
Physics,
Chemistry and
Biology.
Note: WAEC/NECO at not more than two(2) sittings.
(b) Candidate must not be less than Eighteen years (18) of age at the time of applying.
(c) Candidate must not have any criminal record.
(d) Three(3) copies of passport photographs is required for the application.

How to Apply for UITH School of Nursing Programme

Eligible applicants are to REMITA N7,500.00 (Seven thousand and five hundred naira) payable to University Of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, school complex revolving fund account.

UITH School of Nursing CBT Entrance Exam Date

University Of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, (UITH) Computer Based Testing (CBT) Entrance Examination has been scheduled to hold as follows:
Date:  9th September, 2017.
Venue:   COMSIT CENTER (CBT), University Of Ilorin Permanent Site, Ilorin
Time:  9:00 am
Oral interview date: 12th September, 2017.
Submission/Closing Date:
Duly completed application forms to which passport photograph and credentials are attached should be forwarded to
